As a thriving independent building services engineering company, we've had the privilege of working with a vast number of world-leading organisations, helping them to maintain and develop their built environment. From the early days, when we focused on Mechanical and Electrical projects, to our current full-service offering, we are proud of the company we've become.

In response to this growth, we thought it was time our visual brand reflected these developments to convey the breadth of work we undertake and the level of in-house experience we have. So, in between our maintenance and installation projects we've been involved in creating this new site which we believe really does justice to the ethos and client-centred focus of our organisation. At the top of our Home page you'll also notice our new motto – In Control. We think this encapsulates perfectly the benefits we deliver to our clients – placing them in control of the performance and compliance of their buildings so they can protect their assets and ensure the comfort and safety of the people inside.
