So, we're pleased to announce our latest company development: the formation of a fully-fledged building fabric team, dealing with both maintenance contracts and new projects. Driven by a demand in the market and our desire to offer a complete one-stop-shop service to our customers, the new team will be able to offer structural building repairs and refurbishments including carpentry, painting and brickwork.
Sitting alongside our engineering teams, the building fabric department will offer services that complement and support our current work so clients won't have to sub-contract out to other providers to keep on top of the condition of their built environment.
Consisting of a team of skilled craftsmen, we can facilitate all tasks regardless of size – from simple repairs to large-scale building renovations. Our aim is to place our clients in control of the lifecycle of their assets, by ensuring their buildings are properly maintained, whether that's by preventing mechanical breakdowns, upgrading systems or sustaining good decorative order.
Overseeing this extension to our services is Daniel Marcinek, our Lead Fabric Technician. Daniel comments:
