Site Coordinator

Location: Marylebone, London

Overview:

We are looking to recruit a Site Coordinator to schedule and support the engineers in their maintenance and reactive tasks, as well as provide all levels of administration necessary. The client you will be providing a service to is demanding, with the role stationed within a site containing a number of luxury apartments alongside high-end commercial tenants.

Through the use of many systems and platforms, you will be the central support for the maintenance of the site, with full training for all systems to be provided. This will include, reactive helpdesk, PPM scheduling, daily and monthly reports, liaising with the client, assistance in the completion of audits, compliance, procurement, scheduling of sub-contractors and maintenance of a shared drive of records.

Graduates are invited to apply, previous full-time work experience is not necessary, however, what is necessary is an eagerness to learn and develop into this progressing role.

Prospective candidates will:

• Professionally represent the company at all times
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be competent with IT systems (CAFM, reporting, emails etc.) and a willingness to learn a number of new systems required for the role.
• Organisation skills are key, as this is a multi-level role
• Ability to deal with stress is essential, capable of acting professional at all times.
